Urduja is a locally-made full-length Tagalog animated movie made by world-class Filipino animators. It's actually about a legendary warrior-princess who is recognized as a heroine in the province of Pangasinan. The movie features the voices of Eddie Garcia, Johnny Delgado, Allan K, Michael V, Cesar Montano, and Regine Velasquez. Brought to us by APT Entertainment, Seventoon and Imaginary Friends production.
After watching the Teaser Trailer of Urduja. The movie is quite promising but I think it was heavily influenced by Disney movies. it seems like a cross between Disney's Pocahontas and Mulan. LOL, Urduja may be the first phenomenal Pinoy animation we have ever seen... A first step to a high class animation but from the trailer it looks like that it's far from an original Filipino style. I just hope the storyline could compensate the animation...
