1. You should have an anime related site.
2. Having a domain name is not necessary as long it has no pop-up ads ( those are so annoying )
3. Your  site must be minimum of  3-4 weeks  olds
4. You should be doing updates every now and then (site that has not been updated for 3 months  will be remove automatically on our  list)
