Hino Kahoko is a 2nd year student at a music academy where the students are divided into two groups: those who wear the gray uniforms are the Gen Ed.(General Education) students, and those who wear the cream colored blazers have chosen a musical instrument as their course of study. This musical academy was founded by a musician who loved everything about music who he save a small injured fairy. The fairy name Lili is looking for someone who can see and hear him on the first day of class and there he found Hino. The fairy gave her a magic violin that can play beautifuly. depending on the heart of the musician . Lily also manage Hino to join the ir school famost Contest every year. There she met the other characters that involved in music, realizing in the end what her true power is.
Michiru Kita is a special girl who possesses Shinigami Eyes, which allows her to see a dark ring around a person’s neck. this ring symbolizes the person’s impending death. She Accidentally witnessed Chika Akatsuki and Shito Tachibana killing a zombie dog, much to her surprice those two boys have black rings around their neck yet still alive. Because of Michiru shinigami eyes she got involve to those two and use her to find zombies to repay her debt. As the story progress Michuru realize that her life has just become more complicated.

A shy and unconfident teenager has become very accepting at only stealing glances at a cute girl as they ride the same trolley each morning on their way to their high school. At least until Saionji Sekai surprises Itou Makoto and gets a chance to take a snap-shot of the beautiful Katsura on his cell-phone. After teasing Mokoto about his forlorn crush, Sekai offers to support the latter in his romance. So after many Makoto-pep-talks and lots of scheming, the three become close friends. Close enough that Makoto is brave enough to ask Katsura out on date. And she agrees. Later that day, Makoto finds a quiet moment to express his thanks for all the support Sekai has offered him, and makes it clear that he intends to find a way to reply her kindness. But he is totally unprepared and very surprised at the reward that Sekai has chosen. Sekai steals a long kiss from his lips, before breaking away to run for the trolly. Sekai turns and wishes Makoto well on his date.
