Drama based on comedy manga from Fushigi Yuugi creator to start in April23-year-old Mokomichi Hayami (Densha Otoko, Gokusen live-action dramas) will star as the "ikemen (handsome) lover robot" in Absolute Boyfriend, the drama adaptation of Yuu Watase's romantic comedy manga that will premiere on Japan's Fuji TV on April 8.
The official Japanese website for the Detective Conan (Case Closed) movies has announced on Friday that the next movie, April 19's Detective Conan: Full Score of Fear, will have a previously unreleased track by the late singer-songwriter Izumi Sakai as its theme song.
The Hollywood Reporter announced today news of the revival of the long in-limbo live-action adaptation of �Akira,� the classic manga and 1988 anime feature created and directed by Katsuhiro Otomo. Leonardo DiCaprio will produce the Warner Bros. film via his Appian Way company, with writer Gary Whitta (former Editor-in-Chief, PC Gamer) penning the screenplay.
Like I said, I'm gonna make a post about the upcoming spring season anime. It looks like the line-up is quite interesting. There are lots of science-fiction series, supernatural comedy and no hentai game adaptations this time. Of course, 2 of my favorites will be aired on April and that excites me. On the other hand,I don’t know who Gonzo is and what Production IG is, but from my observations most of their works are cool, both of them have three series coming out and for that, I can’t wait 'til April starts. :)
I just want to clarify this: I will not talk about love or couples like what the image above ia trying to show hehehe. OK, since I'll be posting about the upcoming Spring'08 Animes soon, let's first have a recap about those Anime that have been aired this winterish neh... ^_^
P.S. I might be unfair to other anime titles listed below... it's because I haven't watched some of them... ^_^
